Transformation

As the former self sinks into darkness,
the wings not yet unfolded continue to await a new dawn.
Artistic conception:
As emotions accumulate, we may retreat deeper into ourselves, carrying fear and
repression in silence. Black creates a dark psychological space, where a pale man
stands with his back to the viewer, his head lowered. His single remaining wing
symbolizes incompleteness, while preserving the possibility of flight. This is a process
of inner dissolution and transformation, as though the former self must first undergo a
silent death to make room for a new one.
